Reporting a problem

The most useful report tells us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and which browser and operating system you were using. If a particular document triggers it, say what is unusual about it — the language it is written in, whether it is a scan, whether it came from a phone camera.

Please do not send us your document. We cannot receive files, and you should not email a sensitive PDF to anyone. A description, or a screenshot with the private parts removed, is enough.

Privacy questions

If you want to know what happens to your data, the privacy policy is the short answer: your files stay on your device.
