How to sign a PDF
Draw or type your signature and place it on any page of a PDF — free, in your browser, with no upload.
For forms, contracts and letters that just need your signature. The signature is made and placed on your device; the document is never uploaded.
Steps
- Open the PDF in the editor and go to the page you need to sign.
- Choose Sign.
- Draw your signature with the mouse or your finger (Draw Signature), or choose Type Signature and type your name — Lao and Thai names work too. Pick a pen colour; Clear starts again.
- Choose Apply Signature. It appears on the page.
- Drag it into place and use the corner dot to make it bigger or smaller.
- Choose Save / Export, then PDF Document.
Good to know
- To sign several pages, go to each page and add the signature there.
- To take a signature off again, click it and choose Remove.
- This is a visible signature — the same as signing on paper. It is not a certified digital signature (the cryptographic kind some official systems require). If a form asks for a digital certificate, this is not that.
